App is utilized as a Scorekeeper and League Manager, designed for the creation and administration of 1-v-1 indoor baseball leagues, single games, and player statistics. The game cannot be played solo or solely on your personal device. In Game Mode, scoring can be overseen by a single player or both players (typically the pitcher), or optimally by a neutral third-party umpire.

Engage in calling Balls and Strikes, placing runners on base, and experiencing the crowd's excitement for Home Runs. Participants can partake in 3, 6, or 9 inning games as well as Best of 3, 5, or 7 Series against Friends. Locate local companions for gameplay or partake in competitive Tournaments such as the annual World Series, with possibilities for cash prizes and other rewards at State, Regional, and National tiers.

It is essential to note that the Basement Baseball App supports actual 1-on-1 gameplay in a physical setting, preferably indoors. It is recommended to utilize the Basement Baseball Starter Kit; however, if unavailable, personal equipment can be utilized—just a soft (foam) ball, foam or wiffle ball bat, and furniture pads for bases are necessary.
